Invoiced upon successful validation: €70 registration fee + €300 message traffic credit.

Billing Model

Viber bots operate on a 24-hour session window model. User-initiated conversations start a 24-hour session during which you can send unlimited messages for free. Business-initiated messages or messages outside the active window are charged at standard session rates depending on the destination country.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

1. Access Rakuten Viber Admin Panel

Go to the official partners.viber.com, log in with your phone number and enter the verification code sent to your Viber app.

2. Fill Out Bot Profile Details

Click 'Create Bot Account' and complete the form: avatar (min 300x300px), account name, unique URI, category, description, and website.

3. Get Viber API Token

Upon creation, Viber will generate a unique App Key (Access Token). Copy it and store it securely.

4. Connect to SMSBAT Dashboard

Log into SMSBAT, go to Viber Chatbots under Integrations, click 'Add Bot', paste your token, and click Connect.
