To start sending messages or using a Viber Chatbot via SMSBAT, you need to register and validate your Business Profile. Follow this guide to complete your registration quickly and easily.
Registration Process
- Submit Your Details: Provide your company information, use-case, and desired Sender ID. You can submit these details through the SMSBAT Omnichannel dashboard.
- Pay the Validation Fee: Rakuten Viber requires a one-time validation fee to review and activate your profile.
- Approval: Once the fee is paid, our compliance team forwards your application to Rakuten Viber. Approval typically takes 1-3 business days.
