Hantera chattoperatörer inom dina ChatHub-organisationer. Operatörer är agenter som hanterar kundsamtal.

Översikt

Operatörer i ChatHub:

  • Hantera kundchatkonversationer
  • Tillhör specifika organisationer
  • Har statusen aktiv, inaktiv eller borttagen
  • Kan ha individuella autentiseringstokens
  • Ta emot och svara på meddelanden
